Shipments and returns

Your Order Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched either the same day or the next after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy with tracking and an option for delivery to your nearest Pudo locker or to door. If you prefer delivery direct to your door, this option is also available to you during checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item in your order, please contact us right away so we can rectify.

You have 30 days to return any unwanted or damaged items. Please return in same condition as was sent to you. To return an item/s please contact us via email at info@growathome.co.za and we will respond within 48hrs. If an item arrived damaged we will send out a replacement without any need for return or if an item is unwanted, return shipping costs will be buyers responsibility. Once an item/s have been returned a refund will be issued within 7 days.
